  1. Auto fill, Adding and Editing text, Copy and paste in Excel, Sorting Data
  2. Auto Sum, Adding spreadsheets, Entering formula in cells
  3. Graphing

PC Hardware Intro - 3 lessons
Saturdays

  1. Disassembly and Assembly
  2. Troubleshooting and repair
  3. Building your own PC

HTML 1
Wednesday Nights

HyperText Markup Language is a script used to construct web pages. HTML 1 teaches bare bones construction of a web page, font, color, lists, and tables to control the placement of elements on the page. Prerequisites: Typing, knowledge of computer file management (Computing for Beginners course), knowledge of word processing, or placement test.

HTML 2 Projects
Monday Nights

Independent project guidance with instruction in controlling the placement of web page content, forms, and cascading style sheets (CSS). Prerequisites: HTML 1 or qualifying exam.

Keyboarding and Mouse Practice
Tuesday & Thursday Nights

Learn to use the typing tutorial at byteback.org/typing, and identify other on line typing tutorials. Master the mouse through computer games and mouse exercises.

PowerPoint
Saturdays

This presentation software is a component of the Microsoft Office suite of applications. Projects large screen images to illustrate speeches. Can incorporate pictures, graphs, moving text and special effects. Prerequisite: Keyboarding, Word 1.

Personal Computing for Beginners - 6 lessons
AM Mondays and Wednesdays
PM Tuesdays and Thursdays

Keyboarding and Mouse basics, managing files and folders, basic editing, plus E-mail and internet.
