Byte Back partners with the Federal Communications Bar Association

Byte Back is thrilled to announce a new partnership between the Federal Communications Bar Association, Byte Back and One Economy. The Federal Communications Bar Association (FCBA) is a volunteer or ganization of attorneys, engineers, consultants, economists, government officials and law students involved in the study, development, interpretation and practice of communications and information technology law and policy. Members work for law firms and for communications companies such as Google, Cox, and Verizon. One Economy is a global non-profit organization that leverages the power of technology and connects underserved communities around the world to vital information that will improve their lives. Members of the FCBA will be volunteering at Byte Back and One Economy through a new initiative called “Pay It Forward,” intended to advance a core value of FCBA’s members – giving back to the local and legal communities. Volunteers opportunities will include ongoing commitments such as teaching as well as one-time events such as Byte Back’s annual Community Computer Day.
